I was booked in for an airbag recall and also got a service which I was satified with, but I'm puzzled why BMW doesn't provide any paperwork for the airbag replacement. It feels like there's no proof the recall was completed.

Plus: Loan car provided twice Negative: Two things that I was not happy about was the fact that during an egr recall my coolant was not replaced correctly. Second thing was that I was told my pads needed replacing. My pads were ok, was sensor cable.

Car was cleaned very poorly. Patches missed on the outside and not vacuumed very well. Expect better from a main dealer. Told car would be complete by 2:30 that day and it wasn't ready till later that day, which meant car had to be collected next day

They said they couldn't see anything wrong but an engine oil shortage is a very serious problem for me as I do not expect a car I bought less than 12 months ago to be requiring engine oil top up.

I came into the site a week before to book the service. eMac service plan was I place which I inform the lady. She confirmed that I would not need to pay anything. So I booked in the service. But I had to pay an extra £122, especially in this climate

My car was nearly ready Friday 23rd, the app shows it sat unworked on for 10 days, then was completed within a few hours on Monday 2nd. If staff take annual leave their workload should be reallocated. 10 days of no work is poor service.

Service itself was as expected. The complimentary cleaning of the vehicle wasn't great - there was large patches of dirt left all over the car which had been blatantly missed. It was so poor I had to re-do myself when home.

Just a bit of constructive feedback. My car has a windscreen replaced, when I collected it the glue from the tape was still on the screen and roof. A quick valet would have have been good just to remove this. Other than that, the service was great
