I booked a waiting appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hrs to complete. After 1.25 hrs my car was still parked where I left it. I should not be made to wait before 3 hrs for a 1.75 hr job. Communication from the dealership is not very good.

I find £129 to run a diagnostic check which takes minutes frankly obscene. Also to be quoted over £500 to change the SOS battery also very high. All forums say BMW will charge this and do not pay it. Part is less than £70 and 1 hours labour.

Having booked the vehicle for a major service and identified other issues with the car, whilst the Service was completed without issue rectifying other issues under warranty have been awful. I would not visit this centre again

The checks on the car were performed as required as far as I know. The quotations for replacement exhaust clamp and new tyres were a complete ripoff. Unless the car is under warranty I would never use the main dealers to replace OEM parts and tyres
