They did the required service to a satisfactory level. The loan car was dirty and the fuel light was on - whilst I understood I should pay for fuel I use it is not acceptable to hand the vehicle completely empty

I booked a waiting appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hrs to complete. After 1.25 hrs my car was still parked where I left it. I should not be made to wait before 3 hrs for a 1.75 hr job. Communication from the dealership is not very good.
